There is no reason to grow wealth if we don't give some of that wealth to bettering the world around us. We will always aim to mitigate losses and grow our capital for very growth of that capital, but with it we will give back to the communities in which we operate. Never taking, only giving.

Black Rock is a blight on everything. They operate at a profit so the world and all humans on it can live and operate year over year at more of a loss. We want to grow a smarter populace of financially literate people. That believe in owning the assets they call theirs. The rental economy is coming and we will fight back against it every chance we get n every way we can.

We may not alway invest in all sectors, but we look to understand every sector. One market, bank, fund crashing can cause precipitous falls. Prices crashing in one sector will directly flow into others. By understanding all these markets and how they correlate we achieve the highest percentile of loss mitigation.

As ai data centers start to pop up around this country, funded by companies that don't care about the environment or the people in the communities they build them. Investments need to be made on the other side of the coin. Building bigger better stronger inftrastructure that can withstand the coming load that will be put on the grid and the people of these communities.
